½ Stick Butter

1 Egg

5/6ths Flour

1/6th Cocoa Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1/4th Cup Sugar

1 Dark Chocolate Bar

Sea Salt
Notes: I do not like particularly sweet desserts. I have an intolerance to sugar, particularly cane sugar, so I prefer desserts that are only slightly sweet. If you have different tastes, I recommend that you double the amount of sugar in this recipe. This may change the cooking duration so keep an eye on the time.
Steps

Mix flour and cocoa powder.

Mix melted butter and sugar.

Add egg to melted butter + sugar mix. Mix again.

Add baking soda to flour and cocoa powder.

Mix wet and dry ingredients.

Chop up dark chocolate bar.

Form dough into balls. Place cut dark chocolate on top , with sea salt.

Bake for 12 - 18 minutes at 350.
