Matcha Cookie Base
Ingredients

1 3/8ths White Flour

½ Teaspoon Baking Soda

1/4th Teaspoon Baking Powder

1 1/2th Teaspoon Matcha Powder

1 Stick of Butter

3/4th Cup White Granulated Sugar

1 Egg
Steps

Cream butter and sugar.
-
Preheat oven to 375.

Mix dry ingredients together.

Beat egg into butter and sugar mixture

Mix dry ingredients into butter, sugar, egg mixture.

Roll dough into little balls.

Place on cookie sheet.

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until cookies are slightly firm in the center and brown on top.
Blueberry Sauce
Ingredients

1/2th Cup of Blueberries
-
1/4th Cup Water
Steps
-
Wash blueberries.
-
Add blueberries and water to saucepan.
-
Put saucepan on medium high heat.

Smash blueberries with spatula.
-
Cook until reduced.
Toppings
Ingredients

1 Matcha Kitkat
-
1 Scoop of Vanilla Almond Ice Cream

1/4th Cup of Blueberries
Steps:

Add scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Crumble cookie and add on top.

Add blueberry sauce.

Add matcha kitkat and position on side.
